Ingredients:
Salad Greens of your choice
Garlic
Sweet Potato
Yellow pepper
Tarragon if you can find it...fresh
Balsamic Vinegar (ideally aged, or a glaze)
Pesto: Fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, nut (pine nut, walnut or macadamia nut), olive oil,
Optional: juniper berries (optional), sage, basil
Optional: Burrata or Fresh Mozarella
